Payment Policy
Payment must be provided by the day of Appointment, with Credit Card ,Cash or Money Order in order for our technicians to come to the site location.
Before securing your appointment date, we will also need to know the number of people in your party and what treatments each guest would like. We accept debit cards, MC, Visa, Discover .
Quiet Whispers Mobile Spa does not accept checks.
Spa technicians may accept a cash gratuity (tip).
Cancellation Policy
For individual services we require a minimum of 24 hours notice when canceling an appointment to receive a 25% refund .
Cancellations for group events or for an entire spa party must be made 72 hours in advance in order to receive a 20% refund. Once your appointment date has been reserved for your event/spa party, we will be unable to issue a full refund for any individual guest cancellations or no-shows.
