Reservation
There is 50% minimum required to schedule a Corporate Event.
Parties over 100 persons 75% minimum required to schedule a spa party.
Reservations need to be made at least 1month in advance for Corporate event.
Payment Policy
Payment must be provided by the day of Appointment, with Credit Card ,Cash or Money Order in order for our technicians to come to the site location.
Before securing your appointment date, we will also need to know the number of people in your party and what treatments you will like us to provide. We accept debit cards, MC, Visa, Discover .
Quiet Whispers Mobile Spa does accept Buisness Checks Only but must be provided the day of event.
Spa technicians may accept a cash gratuity (tip).
Cancellation Policy
For Corporate event we require a minimum of 2 weeks notice notice when canceling an appointment to receive a 20% refund.
Once your appointment date has been reserved for your event/spa party, we will be unable to issue a full refund for any guest cancellations or no-shows.
